水火流星

“水火流星”是一种在我国流传久远的杂技，原意是在行庙会时为行会队伍开道驱鬼，并吸引观众，当地人称“火球”舞。道具为铁丝扎成的球形空篮，两两成对，用绳子串于两端。舞动前将炭火或酒精棉花放于篮内，点上火使其熊熊燃烧，舞者手执麻绳中段并不住甩动，使两火球上下左右转动，从而在舞者身边形成一道道火一般的弧线，蔚为壮观。

木偶摔跤

木偶摔跤是用竹木扎成一对与真人大小的联体木偶人，给其穿上长袍服饰，一个民间艺人在场侧锣鼓的伴奏下，钻入其中操作着进行摔跤动作的表演艺术形式，故又称“掼木头人”。

舞狮

舞狮被认为是驱邪避害的吉祥瑞物，每逢节庆或有重大活动必有舞狮助兴，长盛不衰，历代相传。表演者在锣鼓音乐下扮成瑞兽（如貔貅、狮子）的样子，作出各种形态动作，以图喜庆与吉祥。在表演过程中，舞狮者要以各种招式来表现南派武功，非常富有阳刚之气。

宁波走书又名莲花文书、犁铧文书，流传于宁波、舟山、台州一带，深受当地群众欢迎。宁波走书约诞生于清同(治)光(绪)年间，最早从上虞流入，后由唱小曲发展到唱有故事情节的片段，当时伴奏只用一副竹板和一只毛竹根头敲打节拍，曲调也十分简单。

跑马灯

跑马灯，也称“马灯舞”，有两盏、四盏、五盏和八盏之分。跑马灯是由男女儿童以群舞形式表演，舞者以古代武士形象出现，身体前后扎竹马，貌似跨战马状。舞蹈通过队形的不断变换，展现古代英勇武士的的精神风貌。舞时有打击乐器伴奏，并配有宁波著名民间音乐曲调“马灯调”。

唱新闻

唱新闻是浙东地区流行的一个曲种，在奉化、北仑、镇海、鄞州、象山一带尤为普遍。唱新闻历史悠久，距今约有百余年历史。南宋时期已有盲人唱“朝报”（官方新闻），后来演变为唱社会新闻。新闻的内容多是当地街头巷尾流传的古今故事和流行小调，用乡音俚语进行演唱。

沃家狮象窜

沃家“狮象窜”民间舞蹈始于明清期间。狮子是兽中之王，雄狮颈部有龙鬃，毛色棕黄，在“黄道十二星座”中首局第五位。按佛教文化传说：“狮子是文殊菩萨坐骑，白象是普贤菩萨坐骑，均属吉祥神灵之物。在北仑民间又有文狮卫象，白象和谐二者合一，国泰民安。”

传统插花艺术是采用梅兰竹菊等格高韵胜的花材，配以高古朴实的瓶、盘、碗、篮、缸、筒等容器，创作出清新脱俗、隽逸潇洒、极富诗情画意的造型。宁波传统插花艺术是东方插花艺术的代表，有自己独特的风格。它崇尚自然之美。无论是佛前供花、民间插花、宫廷插花、文人插花，都顺乎花枝的自然生长之势，保持其自然状态下的灵动鲜活，达到“虽由人作，宛自天开”的最高境界。

钉碗技艺

钉碗是当地民间的一种老手艺，是用来修补破损的碗或者在碗上钉上主人的姓或名。旧时的生产和生活水平十分低下，老百姓特别节俭。盘、碗之类的生活必需品亦是十分珍惜，破裂后舍不得丢掉，保留在家里，等来了钉碗师傅，或临近过年时需要增加饭碗，就请钉碗师傅修钉。

箍桶制作技艺

箍桶制作工艺：按需要形状、尺寸锯板取料；做圆形底，环绕底脚拼板；用竹钉或胶水固定；上箍口用竹箍或铁丝箍上；把木桶在烈日下暴晒几天，再上桐油，这样才能经久耐用；最后上漆、涂金边、绘画。

宁波金银彩绣

宁波金银彩绣是国家级非遗项目，第一批国家传统工艺振兴项目，宁波传统工艺“三金一嵌”之一，又称“金银绣”。其风格独特，色彩浓郁，表现力丰富，应用广泛。不但适用于日常生活和艺术欣赏，也用于与宗教相关的帐幔和袈裟等。主要题材内容除鸟兽花草外，并有山水人物、历史典故、神话传说、戏曲场景和民间吉祥物等。

传统粮油加工技艺

王升大传统粮油加工技艺以宁波地区每月时令米食糕点制作技艺和压榨菜籽油技艺为主。王升大得名“升大米足”，其前身为清光绪年间的“王记”米店。百余年来，王升大粮油加工、酿造传统手工技艺代代相传，其传统产品主要有大米、芝麻油、糯米酒、传统糕点等。
